Kathy Jarvis founded femmefatale motorsports in order to get more women interested in motorsports. Kathy has been a fan of motorsports from the first time she pre-ran the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 off road race in 1999. It was not only the 800 horsepower trophy trucks, Protrucks or motorcycles she rode, the love of desert racing also came from driving and riding with some of the most notorious off road racers: Larry Rossler, Larry Ragland, Ivan Stewart, Brian Stewart, Bob Gordon, Robbie Gordon, as well as the Herbst Brothers just to name a few.

As a stuntwoman Kathy found she had a knack for hitting her marks, ramps, other vehicles and even people, both safely and accurately when she landed driving jobs in such movies as Torque, BikerBoyz, Chill Factor, Italian Job, World’s Fastest Indian, Unearthed, Yes Man, TV shows and commercials.

Kathy Jarvis began riding motorcycles while stunt doubling Anne Heche on the movie 6 days/7 nights. Many people on this feature film loved riding including Harrison Ford. A Honda Hawk V-twin was given to her and her love for riding started. The love became stronger while on another movie in Moab Utah, where she picked up a Kawasaki KDX 220 dirt bike.

Track riding on and off the dirt became a passion and she even ended up being one of the featured women invited to ”Ducati Revs America” where she was coached by the best Ducati riders in the world on a Ducati 998. Because of her talents and skills she was chosen for a pictorial in Sports Illustrated Women. Kathy has continued riding every make and model she can get her hands on and loving every ride…some more than others!
